Many of my clients struggle to make time for their mental health and often put others needs above their own. I strive to increase access to therapy by offering online/telehealth therapy. You are no longer limited by resources in your area or the extra time required to travel to in person appointments. I use a secure, HIPAA compliant software that makes online sessions easy to access. ONLINE EMDR THERAPY
Clients have benefited from the use of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy in treating limiting and negative beliefs that stop them from reaching their goals and living their best life.
EMDR has also helped clients with test anxiety and performance enhancement, break through creative blocks (prepare for presentations, increase confidence and stress management).

INTENSIVE EMDR THERAPY
I am excited to offer online EMDR Intensives, an accelerated form of therapy in which EMDR is offered in a series of longer sessions for the treatment of anxiety, trauma and performance enhancement.
